This information is included on the Best Buy web site, but here goes 1) the TV, 2) the remote), 3) a steel flush wall mount to install on the wall. The TV has tabs that interface with the mount and then are locked in. 4) a bunch of styrofoam molding :). 5) Installation instructions--more by pictures than by written explanation. There is no manual.
