Hi BestBuyGal. Typically, an End-User License Agreement (EULA), also known as a Software License Agreement is used in proprietary software and is the agreement between the licensor and purchaser, establishing the purchaser's right to use the software. EULAs can be included for any software application developed regardless of the platform used: computers, iPhones, iPads, Xboxes and so on. EULA agreements are similar to Terms and Conditions or Terms of Service agreements: the buyer must comply with all the terms and rules as set by the agreement. Regrettably, we are not familiar with one that applies to the LG SUPER UHD 4K HDR Smart LED TV w/ Nano Cell™ Display - 65" Class (64.5" Diag), Model # 65SJ8500 or for any of our TVs. Please contact our Support Center, (800) 243-0000 for assistance with the requested information...^IFV
