“Bought this TV and running it with an X Box One X for gaming and streaming. Noticed early on it has a bad issue with blooming, mostly through the X Box. Have tried every remedy I can think of, welcoming suggestions. Thank you!”

Turn local dimming off. It's a per-input setting.
