If you haven't already, turn off Energy (Power) Savings Mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to turn off energy saving mode, it comes enabled out of the box. Also turning off local dimming for each picture setting will improve quality quite a bit.

I-changed from another LG 50" and while some things are about the same, on this TV I have the opportunity to make it lighter or darker and also change the voice. My husband has been reading more about the is 65" we just bought and says we are using a small amount of what this TV is capable of. We have to study. they should have classes (ha,ha).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had same issue. And after going through all picture settings , and color adjustments , not much change ,was ready to return it. Then I hit the the power saving features and turned it off. It lit up like a Christmas tree.
