Yes, the LG 65SK9000PUA has full array local dimming. The number of LED used is not given by LG but one source stated that it was 128.
The LG 65SK9500PUA was the 2017 model and it has very similar features. However, every year manufacturers make many small changes to their TVs so I would go with the newest model.

The Wi-fi module in the SK9500PUA uses the 802.11 ac dual band standard and the SK9000PUA is 802.11n dual band. Also the SK9000PUA offers Full Array Dimming and the SK9500PUA offers Full Array Dimming Pro. ^CP
