We would need the model number for the 75": TV that you have to verify, but LG TVs come in tiers and the first 75" screen that supports Bluetooth is the LG UK6570PUB 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV w/ AI ThinQ® - 75" Class (74.5" Diag), Model # 75UK6570PUB so you probably have that model or a higher tiered model that supports Bluetooth. The LG UK6090PUA 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV - 65" Class (64.5" Diag), Model # 65UK6090PUA which is part of the entry-level 4K UHD SMart LED/LCD UK6090PUA series that do not support Bluetooth. Those TV do not have a built-in Bluetooth module so they cannot be made to be Bluetooth compatible...^IFV
