“How do you reset the volume on the tv remote control it is currently hooked up to the sound system but the speakers are not working so I need the volume to be controlled from the tv remote. When I hit the volume on the tv remote it gives the mute symbol.”

• Go to the sound settings in the menu and turn off the ARC feature.
