  • QuestionI currently have a 45 inch LG mounted to my wall. Will that be a sufficient mount for this LG, or should I purchase a larger wall mount?

  • Questionfor some reason my nexflix app will not allow me to access shows when it once did. I can sign in, it goes to shows, movies etc.... when I click on a movie a message comes up for HTML or silver script 4 or 5 must be installed. This only happens on my TV

    • Answer Have you tried the following: 1) Make sure your tv is connected to your wifi? 2) Rebooted your wifi / router? 3) unplugged and replugged your tv an router? (10 sec before replugging) 4) was a update to Netflix performed? (usually a message will pop up) Also, is this only a specific movie? Or all Movies? Does it happen with TV series? or other shows?

    • Answer Hello Macy. That is correct, the LG Nano 8 Series 4K 65 inch Class Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65SM8600PUA does not have a headphone (aka 3.5 mm port) jack. You do not have to do anything to make the TV Bluetooth. It is a Bluetooth enabled TV (Bluetooth ver. 5.0) and all you need to do is pair your Bluetooth Headphones with the TV...^IFV
