• And what if you do not have a cable box with a cable box remote? Does that mean since Disney + doesn’t recognize the LG remote you can’t sign into it????

• Yes, you can access Disney+ but not out of the box. Best Buy Installer helped us find the app and then download it to the smart TV so that it showed up on the bottom menu along with Netflix and Hulu. Next, the LG tv controller does not work with Disney+ to sign in. We needed to use the cable box controller as Disney+ requires the manual up and down entry pad. This took a while to figure out. All of the other installed apps recognized the LG controller.
