Yes, HDMI inputs 3 & 4 are version 2.1 and will support 4K@120Hz. ^Daphane

I may be incorrect but I believe 1 port does

According to the question asked above and answered by LG, the second and fourth HDMI ports are 2.1 and they are adding Freesync soon according to the LG website.
