Top screw is 12.5" and bottom screw is 4.5" from the bottom of the panel, not the bottom of the stand.

4.5" from the bottom of the TV, top of mounting bracket is ~12.5" from bottom. Top 2/3 of the screen is very thin (<.25"), so the bracket is a little lower than on other sets.
