QuestionWhat's the distance from the top edge of the TV and the top of the mounting screws on the LG C7? Trying to determine how high the TV will be on the wall if wall mounting.

- Answer Sorry, I couldn't get to the top of the TV to check those mounting holes. The lower mounting hole is about 10 inches from the bottom edge of the screen. The manual accompanying the TV says the mounting conforms to the VESA standard 300 horizontal by 200 vertical dimensions. A separate document says the TV screen is 32.7 inches high.

- Answer I know of no way to predict this. I note the manufacture dates are typically months in the past for the consumer electronic items I've owned over the decades.

- Answer Documents that came with the TV give the following dimensions: Width: 57.2 inches. Height: 32.7 inches (without stand), 34.3 inches with stand. Overall thickness: 1.8 inches. (Personal observation about overall thickness: the electronic compartment is most of the 1.8 inch thickness and is about 14 inches high, the balance of the height is for the screen only. the screen is quite thin, about 1/4inch.)

- Answer I believe that the "P" indicates that this is a retail model, sold in stores and online versus a special model only available at some select outlets such as CostCo and Sams Club.

- Answer I do not know. The set has multiple Sound Out options in its menu: Audio Out (Optical/HDMI ARC) LG Sound Sync (Optical) LG Sound Sync / Bluetooth I would suggest if the headphone has optical or bluetooth capabilities, it should work.

QuestionIs it possible to set the sound output on the B7 or C7 to send sound simultaneously to both bluetooth headphones (using LG Sound Sync) and to the optical out to a receiver? The screenshots I have seen of the sound menu suggest not.

- Answer no, it only lets you do TV speakers + optical out simultaneously (I know, I know, why not HDMI?!) it is what it is

- Answer Yes, you can. There's a straightforward search and pairing option, including one that can be launched from the quick menu. I successfully paired my headphones in less than a minute.

- Answer I think "Magnolia" may simply be some kind of marketing campaign. Using that name I was able to get a pretty nice discount on a soundbar at the same time I purchased the TV as my old one did not have an optical cable.

QuestionCan the internal speakers od c7p be turned off completely? I can receive sound when playing through att u-verse but when I change to the 4k blu ray player I get no sound through my klipsch speakers. I have the tv set up though my hdmi/arc , simplink .

- Answer I went on-line directly to LG and downloaded the manual...I must say, it is not impressive...leaves out a lot of information. The embedded instructions in the TV itself offer some information on the particular task you are looking at. The manual sections are displayed on the right hand side of the screen and selecting one (or all) takes you to some more details. I would prefer to have this info in a written form, but could not find such a document.

- Answer I don't know about the bolting part of it but it was $150 for the set up. I am pretty technically savvy but I am glad I had the Geek Squad come in and do it. I am sure there is a cost for materials and there must be some additional cost for the installation on a wall.
