You peel it from the very corner. It’s all covered in a plastic film. Just take your time and peek from whatever corner is easier to start.

We understand your inquiry regarding the screen protection film on your LG 4K UHD TV, model 65UA7050PUB. To answer your question directly, most newly purchased LG TVs come with a thin, clear plastic protective film on the screen to prevent scratches or damage during shipping and handling. To remove this film safely, please first locate the small removal tabs which are typically found on the front bottom corners of the screen. We recommend waiting until your TV is fully installed in its permanent location before removal to provide maximum protection. Once you are ready, simply hold one of the tabs and gently pull the film away from the panel. We understand that it is important to distinguish between this removable protective layer and functional films, such as polarizing or blue light blocking layers; a key indicator is the presence of a removal tab, as functional films do not have them and should never be removed. Removing the protective film promptly after installation ensures the best picture performance and prevents the film from adhering too strongly due to the heat generated during normal TV operation.
