There’s no way to mount this speaker “to” the CX. You can mount it below the tv if your tv is wall mounted or if, like mine, it’s on a stero table, it sits in front of the tv itself. I’ve raised my tv up about 1” so the ir transmitter on the bottom front of my CX is not locked

No. The only mounting brackets that it comes with are meant to be screwed to the wall below the TV there’s no provision for attaching it to a TV.
