Mine did it and was faulty. my second one would just randomly turn off

Is the Sound Bar only connected to the TV or is it connected to other sources and can this anomaly be duplicated with other devices? You may want to try streaming via Bluetooth to see if you get the same results. Check that all the wires are securely attached. If the issue persists, the Customer Service Desk at your local Best Buy will be able to test the unit with another device or TV to verify if the issue is with the Sound Bar, it's connections or if it might be your TV...^IFV
