Did you try calling or going to the store? that's what I did and I ordered it and received it 4 days later. I cant say enough great things about it. I love this dryer! Best Buy also put it on 18mths no interest card just in case you were thinking of financing. Good luck!

A:AnswerSo far, I think only theirs will work. My old ones were too small. The door openings are bigger so, it does not make me mad that they are not on stands. I got a low basket to move and unload clothes.
