Yes you can just take an bend the felx hose to the vent in the floor maybe this helps.

Electric Dryer with Front Control in White, Model # DLE1501W has to conform to your local building codes so you will need to review those or contact your local building inspector with regards to if the dryer can be vented through the floor. As an electric dryer, this dryer can be vented to the outside using the back, left, right or bottom panel. The dryer is shipped to vent to the rear but it can also be configured to vent to the bottom or to the sides and you will need to purchase an adapter kit (Part # 383EEL9001B) that has the necessary duct components to change the dryer vent location. ^CP
