QuestionHow much wall clearance is needed behind the dryer?

- Answer Honestly you only need as much clearance as the dryer vent hose because there is a recess area towards the bottom of the dryer that the hose can fit into. So you only need about the diameter of the hose (I'd say 5-6 inches).

- Answer Delivery should be free with your purchase..... Now for hallway and installing it: hallway of your old appliance is $19.99... For installing; you have to buy dryer vent kit which is $26.99 they won't install it on a old one. And the dryer cord is $29.99. Total $56.98 if they are installing it.

- Answer Switching the door on the dryer isn't as easy as you would think. You will be taking the whole thing apart. Try looking for a YouTube video on it

- Answer I can't answer this question specifically, but can tell you that the vent hole is located in the bottom-center of the unit. I had to have a flat vent installed with the unit because there was a problem with the overall depth. When selecting a unit, be sure to check the depth or the unit will not fit.

- Answer The recommendation is to not set anything on top of the dryer; I have a laundry basket in which I toss my wet clothes from the washer before putting them in the dryer if I have a previous load drying.
