Actually purchased my dryer 3 weeks ago and have not had any issues with my clothes not drying. Ensure that you clean the filter, check your dryer settings, because you can adjust it to the amount of clothes that you put in it.

And you load up the washer to CAPACITY and you put it all in the dryer you are overloading. I did it saw it and removed clothes to about half. Yes, I know dryer CLAIMED CAPACITY IS 7.5 TO WASHER 4.5. Fill the dryer half full air needs to circulate. Stuffing the dryer with clothes makes it inefficient and air cannot move around clothes to dry them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Those people obviously don't know how to operate a dryer. Only had mine for a month but this dryer has been perfect! Dries everything just right if the right settings are used. You can even connect your smart phone to operate it. I've found that when it comes to electronics, most people either don't know what they're doing or mistreat/misuse them.
