The exhaust duct must be 4 inches (10.2 cm) in diameter with no obstructions. The exhaust duct should be kept as short as possible. The size of the hole needed will also depend on the thickness of the duct you are using. We would recommend finding the duct you plan to use and measuring its diameter to know how big your hole needs to be cut. ^CP
