“I'm hearing a clicking/rattling sound as the drum turns in my newly installed LG 7200E dryer. Is this normal? I am drying a load of linens which does not contain any metal or hard objects like a zipper.”

• NO. Report that or any questionable operation without delay. Make sure you have the contact name and a report number from LG; or any other manufacturer. Once your warrantee is up it is usually on you.

• We did not have anything like that happen so it sounds like something you should follow up on with Best Buy or installers.
