A:AnswerIf your unit is still under warranty, set up a warranty repair call through LG. They will get a local technician to come out and fix it. The front panel of the dryer can open and lint that has escaped the lint trap will accumulate all inside the dryer -- that is probably what needs to be cleaned.
A:AnswerThe exhaust duct must be 4 inches (10.2 cm) in diameter with no obstructions. The exhaust duct should be kept as short as possible. The size of the hole needed will also depend on the thickness of the duct you are using. We would recommend finding the duct you plan to use and measuring its diameter to know how big your hole needs to be cut. ^CP

A:AnswerI have the same problem . New LG dryer delivered today. I watched the delivery guy level it and measured that it was level and my door still won’t stay open
