QuestionWhen I dry a load on very very dry cycle it does well. But then when I put the next load in while dryer is hot from one before it won't dry the next load. It will turn off. Is that a fault or safety feature?

QuestionHow can I get my dryer to stay on for the 60 minutes on manual dry without it turning off after 12 minutes? I do not have the energy saver indicator light on and it’s still only stays on for 12 minutes.

To ensure the dryer runs for the full 60 minutes, please check the lint filter and exhaust vent to make sure they are clean, as blockages can cause the dryer to turn off early. QuestionThere is a question asked about turning off the end of cycle signal and the response from LG is that it can be turned off and to look in the manual. I can't find this information anywhere in the manual. What are the actual steps to turn off the signal?

- Answer Houses built more than 30 years ago may still have 3 prong outlets for major appliances. If youre not in a situation where you can re-wire your older home, you need to be able to buy a 3 prong plug.

QuestionDoes this dryer allow the vent to exit through the bottom of the machine? Our laundry room is constructed with a floor vent about 4" from the wall. Seems like LG put the back vent low to the floor, but I need to actually go out through the bottom itself.
