“When pulling the door down does the door go all the way down or only half way? Since when I tried it only opened halfway”

• The door has 2 hinges. One with open the door down half way. This is convenient for loading. The other hinge allows the door to open like a room door - fully open to the left or right depending on the hinge placement.
