“my washer and dryer are across from each other..do not share same water source for dryer water needs of spray.... what can be done in this situation? If anything.. have not purchased any dryer yet.. what would you suggest waiting to buy thanks”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No idea if a long hose from washer output is needed or usable in your set up. You might have to do without the steam function. But then you have dryer vent issues too. Take pictures. Check with salesman.

I’ve had a laundry room with that set up and in that case I’m sorry to say I don’t see a way unless in some way you found a kit or rigged a kit and ran up over head. The dryer will need a constant water source during the steam cycle.
