Can the door be flipped? Our subcontractors put the washer hook ups on the right. Not the left. null

Yes, the dryer door can be flipped. The manual tells you how to do it, but it is an involved process. My suggestion: put it in your purchase contract that the installer will do it. We didn't, the delivery people installed the washer and dryer and were gone before my wife could check the installation and remind them to change the door to open the proper way. But we shouldn't have had to tell them. Anybody can see that when the washer is to the right of the dryer, and a wall is to the left of the dryer, the door should open from right to left. It does not take a rocket scientist to see that the door needed to be reversed.

My wife called the store when she saw that the door had not been reversed. The store passed the buck and said to call the delivery people. My wife did, and they said they'd sent the crew back at the end of the day. They didn't, and we never heard anything more. 

We're still annoyed with Best Buy and their delivery service, and still living with a door that doesn't open the right way. GRRRRRRR.

My advice, buy somewhere else with better delivery and customer service. I'm a very unhappy customer for sure.

Yes. I had the door flipped on my dryer. A "special team" had to be dispatched to do the work, because the "normal team" was not "qualified" to do it. However, the special team (2 guys) got it done in about an hour, and it works great! Yes, it still has the "two-way" open feature (from the top and from the now opposite-side).

Yes, the door can be flipped, but you have to call the actual LG rep to come out and perform the service. Your local Best Buy store should have a number to call.

The door can be flipped but it is a fairly tedious task. I had Best Buy switch mine when they delivered it. Directions are in the manual. Fairly involved process.

It can be switched. Just switch the hinges to the opposite side. The door also opens down as well as out which is nice!
