• We had ours delivered today (it replaces the same LG gas dryer that is 9 years old), but when the installer tried to reverse the door for us, he informed us there was a screw that was stripped causing him to be unable to reverse the door swing. So, my wife called 1-888-Best Buy to inform them that we want to exchange the dryer for another one to then have that door swing changed and was told there would be a $49.99 charge! We don't believe that is accurate.

• Yes..... just tell the installer to place the hinges on the side you prefer it to open/close.

• yes, same thing for me, when I ask them when it was delivered to switch the door they said it was 49.99. Not right

• It is reversible. The delivery guy reversed it. You will need a different hinge. IT tool him 10 minutes to do this.
