A: We had ours delivered today (it replaces the same LG gas dryer that is 9 years old), but when the installer tried to reverse the door for us, he informed us there was a screw that was stripped causing him to be unable to reverse the door swing. So, my wife called 1-888-Best Buy to inform them that we want to exchange the dryer for another one to then have that door swing changed and was told there would be a $49.99 charge! We don't believe that is accurate.
Q: Does this plug into a regular 120 volt outlet or does this need the special 240 volt outlet?
A: Gas dryer uses 120v, electric dryer requires 240v.
