Tangled, twisted or knotted clothes in the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 7.3 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Gas Dryer with TurboSteam™ - White, Model # DLGX7801WE are usually due to placing too many clothing items in the dryer. Clothes need room to tumble freely, but when you have too many clothes loaded in the dryer, the clothes get pressed up against the walls in the drum so as the drum rotates, the clothes on the outside that are pressed up against the walls of the drum rotate at a slower speed than clothing items in the middle causing the itels to twist into a ball. Resist the urge to cram as much as possible into the tumble dryer. If your bedding doesn’t have enough space to move around inside the drum, it may be more likely to tangle and scrunch. It can be tempting to grab a load of bedding from the washing machine and throw it straight into the tumble dryer in one big clump – especially if you’re in a rush. But, doing so means your laundry might already be twisted, crumpled or entwined before the drying cycle even starts. Instead, give each item a shake when you unload the washing machine and uncouple any sheets, cases and covers that have become too friendly in the wash, before adding them to the drum of the dryer...^IFV
