QuestionI'd like to stack the dryer.Assume I am facing the dryer door. I currently have a vent cutout on the right side wall(near floor),Will I be able to use that opening to vent out of the side cutout? Issue being there is roughly 3' elevation due to stacking.

Questionthe Best Buy website does not show this unit has automatic temperature control nor the sensor feature, yet in the description it says it has sensor drying. Which is correct? Does this have the sensor and auto temp control or not?

- Answer Yes, it has both temperature control and sensor drying. You have to choose the mode. Sensor feature has a tendency to under dry if there are different types of clothing in, ie: towels and jeans. Otherwise it is a great machine. I have the matching washer which I find very impressive.

QuestionHi! There is a burning smell coming from my LG gas drying and the smell is strong on the clothes. All vents are clean and clear of lint. Please assist.

QuestionIt sounds like the gas burner switches on and off every few minutes. It is loud when it is firing. Is this normal? Would the electric dryer make the same noise? Also, how durable is the plastic Y compared to stainless steel?

QuestionHas anyone had issues with lint build up between the door seal and the door glass? Only had the machine 1 month and there is already a build up happening. Seems strange for such an expensive machine. Currently have LG customer service looking new door.

QuestionCan the dryer vent hose be routed out of the side of the dryer? Are there round punchouts in the side panels for this?

- Answer Yes. There is a round knockout on the one side near the floor. You will also need the side vent kit, no. 383EEL9001B. If you are standing in front of the dryer facing the door, the knockout is on your right. There is also a knockout to vent to the bottom.
