• There is a reservoir that you fill with water near the top of the unit. I don't know if it also have the capability of hooking up directly water source or not, but I know there is a reservoir because I filled mine.

• Doesn't need extra connection for steam. If you want to use steam you will have to fill the built-in reservoir.

• There is a water reservoir that you can pull out and take to a faucet to fill.
