The ENERGY STAR® Certified LG 7.4 cu. Ft. Large Capacity Front Load Electric Dryer - White, Model # DLEX4000W, does not need to be connected to your water supply line if you are not going to be using the Steam cycles. Steam functions require a consistent water source to generate vapor, and using these cycles without the inlet hose connected can cause errors.
