Does this dryer run on 110 current ? null

Regardless of brand or manufacturer, most, if not all, electric dryers do not run on 110 volts. Only gas dryers run on the standard 120 V (110 V and 120 V are the same in the US). The LG Energy Star® Certified LG 7.4 cu. Ft. Ultra Large Capacity Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Front Load Electric Dryer with TurboSteam™ and Built-In Intelligence, Model # DLEX4000B does not come with a supplied power chord, and it has a terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60-Hertz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line).
