QuestionCan the dryer accommodate a king size comforter?

- Answer Yes - I was pleasantly surprised. However my king size was not that thick so you will want to take that into consideration. I still think it would handle but you may have to take it out halfway and rearrange it in dryer. I was so surprised that I did NOT have to do that with mine -but again that could be due to level of thickness. Could also be the difference between a gas dryer which I have and an electric.

QuestionIs the outside of the dryer normally extremely hot (painful to the touch)? Just had the gas dryer pro-installed (happy with their service), but concerned the dryer is going to burn the house down. Yes, it's that hot on the outside of the dryer.

QuestionWe purchased the dryer and are awaiting delivery for our new home. Since this is a new home we are not certain whether dryer must be plugged into a 110 or 120 outlet. Please advise ASAP.

- Answer If this is a gas dryer, it plugs into a 115 volt AC outlet. This voltage has often been rounded up or down to 110 or 120 volts, its all the same thing. If it was an electric dryer, they usually use a 240 volt outlet since they draw a lot of current.

- Answer I guess it depends on your utility company. Here in the Detroit, DTE had a $25 rebate.

QuestionOn the top of the display screen there is a COOL light, is it suppose to be on all the time with every dry option? or was the installation not completed properly??

- Answer Yes, it’s supposed to be on. Most dryers have a cool-down period towards the end of a cycle that uses only room-temperature air to help relax wrinkles in fabrics. A cooler fabric will not wrinkle as badly when folded as a fabric at a higher temperature.
