Hi Rich, we do not have any TVs that have a VESA Mount Pattern of 500 x 340. The LG 70 Inch Class NANO75 UQA series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS 22 w/ ThinQ AI TV, Model # 70NANO75UQA has a VESA Mount Pattern of 400 x 400 mm as listed in its specifications. The top row of VESA mount holes are 285 mm (11.22") from the top of the panel and the bottom row of VESA mount holes are 277 mm (10.91") from the bottom of the panel...^Ivan
