It's a very weak sub-woofer! I had to turn the volume to 15 before I could feel anything coming out ports. I also unplugged it and plugged it back in while playing music and couldn't tell much of a difference, the other two speakers are doing all the work. So I connected a 12" powered subwoofer . Now it sounds better!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Read the booklet and everything will work mine's works just fine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Purchased online, hooked it all up & SUB was HORRIBLE!! Sounded blown out even on lowest volumes. After reading all mostly "Good" reviews, I thought something has to be wrong. So I took it back to store, got a replacement and WOW!! What a difference!! I also unplugged the SUB initially & it sounded better. But with the 14 Day Return window after 1 day of sitting and 2nd day finally hooking it up & it was awful, I knew I had to get it back for exchange. Got NEW one home & I never thought something so cheap can have decent sound!! I consider myself an Audiophile, but wanted something that was Cheap & Loud for my work area & this for sure did the trick for when I want to crank it up!! I would never purchase this personally for main system at my home (also $$ is a factor). If you don't have funds for a proper set up, I would recommend this for people starting out in life or have no money, but I work hard for my $$ over 30yrs & I have many systems in various places in my home. Happy with setup. Also, never let the "Age" of Stereo Audio equipment scare you away! Some of the Best Audio Equipment was made well over 30-40 years ago!!
