It works in my store room in the texas cold which right now its snowing with -1 windchill hope that helps

Most electronic components are not damaged by ‘normal’ cold temperatures. -20C is not in itself a problem, but you need to be careful. Severely cold weather can cause damage due to water condensation on traces and components or in components via capillary action when the Mini Shelf System is brought in from the cold into warm air and it can also cause mechanical problems. Some materials on the circuit boards can become brittle and could crack from the expansion contraction. You've probably noticed how your glasses can fog up when you come indoors from your car during winter?
