Cannot get volume when connecting turntable? null

The LG - 700W Mini Shelf System - Black, Model # CM4550 does not have a "PHONO" input on it and its' inputs are what are referred to as "line-level" inputs that are designed for an input voltage of about 1 volt. CD players, DVD's, those old Cassette Decks and tuners all output line-level voltage. Moving magnet phono cartridges produce between 2.5 and 5 millivolts which is why the volume is very low. You will need to get a phono pre-amplifier that is designed to amplify the turntable's low-voltage signal to line level so it can play at the right volume on the Mini Shelf's system's inputs...^IFV
