There is nothing to setup for the USB other than plugging a USB Flash Drive or USB storage device directly into eiter of the two USB ports on the LG XBOOM 700W 2.1ch Mini Shelf System with Built-in Subwoofer and Bluetooth®, Model # CM4550. This unit does not support USB devices that use the NTFS file system, only the FAT(16/32) file system is supported and the unit recognizes up to 2000 files. If your USB device requires an additional program installation when you connect it to a computer, it will not be supported on this unit...^IFV
