QuestionMine worked fine until today. Put in a cd just now and the unit shut off. Only bought it a few weeks ago. Haven't had it long enough to learn how to work it, and the "instructions" are non existant.

- Answer The Subwoofer for the LG 700W 2.1ch Mini Shelf System with Built-in Subwoofer and Bluetooth®, Model # CM4550 has an impedance of 3 Ω (ohms) and uses a modular jack to plug into the CM4550. If the Subwoofer that you intend to replace the existing Subwoofer has the same connector and has the same impedance, then you can replace it. If it doesn't have the modular connector, you'll need to attach one so you can plug it into the socket on the CM4550...^IFV

- Answer Hi Janet. The LG 700W 2.1ch Mini Shelf System with Built-in Subwoofer and Bluetooth®, Model # CM4550 has a single tray CD player. It does not have a built-in cassette player and it doesn't have any audio outpouts that you can connect to an external cassette player to record from a cd to the cassette player. You can record from its cd player to a USB storage device...^IFV

- Answer The Alligator clips in the rear of the LG 700W 2.1ch Mini Shelf System with Built-in Subwoofer and Bluetooth® only allow for the 2 speakers that come with the unit. Adding additional speakers to it would overload the output amp and burn it out. ^CP
