They are websites for businesses. Terrible customer service. I'll just have to go into bestbuy and get some real help.

But the "rear" surround channels are emitted from the soundbar itself, so it is not possible to have the rear sound in the rear with these speakers. The LG rep did not recommend these speakers for the SP9YA. But they'll work to spread around some of the sound, though not accurately.
