“If I was to buy two LG tv's and mount them next to each other, will both tv's react to one remote? If so, is there a way to make each tv react to its own separate remote? Will buying two different versions of LG tv's solve it or is it the same problem?”

Yes, both TVs would be able to be controlled by the same remote. There is not a way to limit what remote controls what TV unless one is a magic remote and the other remote is a standard remote. ^CP
