“I purchased this television last week and I can’t seem to find the typical settings for brightness, contrast, sharpness, tint, etc. The only available options (picture/sound) seem to be preset. Is there any way to customize settings to my likeness?”

Hi Mando, You can go into settings and then scroll down to all settings. Once you are in all settings you will see picture mode. You can go into picture mode and find several options to customize. Regards,
