• trapperjohn, the owner and user guide is terrible. Am tired of waiting on hold. Figured it out by myself tonight and the answer does not match the answer given by I assume was from LG

• Read the instruction book. You could call the geek squad for help or go to the store where you bought your tv and ask someone in the tv dept. for some help.
