“My tv keeps going to a black screen with HDR and will not allow us to use 4k mode. It’s almost like it’s not supported and it’s bugging out. Any suggestions? This is happening with a PS5 connected to the HDMI as well. Thanks!”

• HI,Have you tried to connect it in the other port? The app or movies if not support by 4K , you need to adjust the resolution. ^Vanessa
