“Why is the 77" G1 weight 28 lbs heavier than the 77" C1? What accounts for all that extra weight?”

• I cannot explain why the G1 77" is 28 pounds heavier than the C1 without the stand. I will have to escalate for more information. I will provide an update. Thank you. ^Daphane Updated answer: The C1's top half is extremely thin, compared to the bottom half which makes it light weight. The G1 has a uniform design to mount flush to the wall so the thickness is the same on top vs. the bottom half and also uses more metal material which adds to the weight. ^Daphane

• I pretty sure the G1 has a glass screen causing the added weight.
