QuestionThis is a Gallery TV. Does the Standard Installation as provided by TotalTech membership include using the provided wall mount to do the Gallery specific mounting this TV requires? I have all wiring in place, I just need the TV attached to the wall.

QuestionCurrently have a Samsung 85 QLED. I’m experiencing a rainbow prism running the length of the tv. It seems to be caused by natural light coming into the room. Makes daytime watching almost impossible. I don’t want to invest In another tv we can’t enjoy.

- Answer You may not still be looking for an answer. This was my recent experience… we shopped online and decided on this TV. I went into the local Best Buy store to place the order and schedule Best Buy to do the install. It’s a mid size city and they don’t have space for all the higher end models to be in display.
