We understand your situation and recognize the importance of achieving the optimal audio output from your PS5. As a troubleshooting step, please verify that the HDMI cable connected between your PS5 and TV is a high-speed cable with Ethernet support, as this is essential for eARC functionality. Additionally, double-check the PS5's audio settings to ensure that 5.1 linear PCM is enabled, and consider toggling the eARC setting on your TV to re-establish the connection. https://www.lg.com/us/refrigerators/lg-lf24z6530s-french-3-door-refrigerator#pdp_specs For further detailed assistance, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport so that our team can work with you directly.
