“With the included wall mount, what is the maximum horizontal distance off the center of the wall mount that the TV can be mounted? The reason I ask is that where I want the center of the TV to be positioned is not directly between two wall studs.”

The Mount and the center of the TV are aligned. When first mounting the TV, the mount allows the TV to be pulled a distance from the wall enabling HDMI and power cords to be plugged in. The power cord is non detachable. After that the TV is pushed straight back again the wall. there is no ability to shift the TV left to right. I would not mount it without hitting a stud.
