“I can’t set my tv up to my directv box because the model number is not listed and none of the 77 codes work either. Has anyone else had this problem?”

Hello Beckie. Which DirecTV box do you have? The LG NanoCell 90 Series 4K 86 inch Class Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® (85.6'' Diag), Model # 86SM9070PUA has four HDMI inputs, any of which can be connected to any cable Set-Top Box that has an HDMI Output and you don't require a code for it to work. It also features an F-Type, 75-Ohm coaxial connector in the back labeled "Antenna/Cable In" that you can connect to a cable set-top box without needing to enter any codes for it to work. We highly recommended that you contact DirecTV for assistance setting the set-top box up...^IFV
